Basically we are selling what we buy and use, if we do not feel that it is good enough for us to use we will not sell it. | Shipping And Handling Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be covered under our insurance. Claims for damages made after this time will be purely at our discretion and not guaranteed. Please note that any orders shipped to Northern Ireland will incur a shipping surcharge £30 on any Tank delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule We always use first class Royal Mail and ANC next day delivery for all of our shipping. However once a product is in the hands of the Royal Mail/Couriers we can make no guarantee about it's delivery time. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy Please note if you wish to return any items, this can be prearranged with our sales team on 01726 66400 at which point a returns reference number will be issued. Goods cannot be accepted for return unless a reference number is supplied.Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be covered under our insurance. Claims for damages made after this time will be purely at our discretion and not guaranteed. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days for refund or replacement, please ring us on 01726 66400 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to arrange a return. Any faulty goods returned that are subsequently found to be be damaged because of mis-use or user error will not be replaced/returned until all shipping and associated costs are met by the client. |
